Error: The extension can't reach axiom.ai's servers.

Problem: If you see this error within the extension while trying to log in, it means Axiom cannot communicate with its servers. This usually happens because the extension permissions are restricted.

Fix: To fix this, navigate to chrome://extensions in your browser. Click Details on the Axiom extension. Under Site access, change the dropdown to On all sites.

If you prefer to use specific sites, ensure you add:

https://*.axiom.ai/*

We recommend setting the extension to On all sites.

Axiom.ai does not monitor, read, or change data on websites. Axiom only interacts with pages you program it to through the no code interface. No data is used to train AI models.
