FAQ Subscriptions and accounts
# Does Axiom.ai have a free tier?
Axiom.ai has a free trial period, not a free tier. You can develop a bot, then run it successfully for 2 hours. Failed runs don't count.
# How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel on our customer portal. The customer portal is also accessible from your account page within the chrome extension.
# How do I download invoices?
You can download invoices on our customer portal. The customer portal is also accessible from your account page within the chrome extension.
# How do upgrades work?
Money paid on your current tier will be used to discount the upgrade cost - this is called proration. If you've paid $15 on starter, and upgrade to pro ($50) immediately, $15 will contribute to the upgrade - you'll pay $35. If you've paid $15 on starter, and upgrade to pro 2/3rd through the month , $5 will contribute to the upgrade - you'll pay $45.
# Can I manage other users from my account?
It is not possible to manage other users directly from a single axiom.ai account. However, you can share the same account credentials among users, which allows all users to access the same subscription and see all automations created within that account. Please note, this does not include individual user management features.
# If I downgrade my account, will my scheduled automations still work?
If you downgrade to the starter or free account, any scheduled runs will be canceled. Downgrading from Ultimate or Pro-max to Pro may affect the frequency with which you can schedule.
# Can an axiom.ai account be shared?
Yes, an axiom.ai account can be shared by using the same account credentials. This allows multiple users to access the same subscription and see all automations that have been created in the account. Please be aware that sharing credentials might affect the security of your data.
# Do you offer student discounts?
Currently, we do not offer student discounts.
# Do you offer yearly subscriptions?
Yes - please ask customer support.
# I cannot login in to the Stripe Customer Portal
If you're unable to log in to the Stripe Payment Portal, it's likely because there isn't an account associated with the email you're using. This often happens when customers subscribe with a different email than the one linked to their Axiom.ai account. Please try logging in with another email address. If this doesn't resolve the issue, feel free to reach out through our customer support.
